At RimeWoven Inc., we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Each piece is created with care, and we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;
Include all original tags and packaging; and
Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
Undergarments or intimate apparel;
Final sale or clearance items;
Gift cards or digital purchases.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact us at contact@rimewoven.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number.
Package your item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
5. ExchangesIf you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@rimewoven.com.
We recommend initiating the exchange promptly to ensure the desired item remains in stock.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@rimewoven.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will cover all return shipping costs for approved cases and send a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. International Returns
For orders shipped outside of Canada:Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties or customs fees.
Refunds will be issued in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may vary due to currency exchange rates.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:Check your bank account or credit card provider.
Contact your financial institution, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
